Hi, I'm Steph, and my path to becoming a hypnotist began in the most unexpected way – with a Facebook ad and a need to quit smoking for wisdom tooth surgery. What started as a practical solution in San Diego years ago evolved into a profound calling that combines my analytical IT background with the deeply human art of transformation.
My journey hasn't followed a straight line. After growing up in California and moving through various chapters of life – including motherhood, divorce, and the 2008 economic downturn – I found myself rebuilding from the ground up. I returned to school, earning an AAS in IT and a BS in Organizational Leadership, which launched me into a successful technology career. But it was that serendipitous Facebook ad from a local hypnotist seeking program testers that truly changed everything.


What I love most about hypnosis is how naturally healing it is. Hypnotic trance is a state every human experiences naturally – I simply teach clients how to enter it intentionally. Once in this relaxed, suggestible state, the mind becomes remarkably open to positive change that might have felt impossible before.
My sessions feel like having a conversation with a trusted friend, except you leave feeling as refreshed as if you'd spent an hour with a masseuse. Here's what happens during our time together:
